Following its acquisition by Amtivo Group in April 2021, Ascentor is set to add to its expertise and delivery capacity through a merger with Amtivo stablemate, Equas Consultancy.
Specialising in the development and maintenance of ISO-compliant management systems and with an impressive range of support services, the Equas team is a natural complement to the Ascentor team and will provide clients with access to a much wider range of services and expertise.
Equas Managing Director, Stuart Hedley said “The combined strengths of both businesses will complement one another to deliver an improved experience for all our clients, both existing and new.” Stuart will be joining the Ascentor team as Director of Commercial Operations.
