Karen is an experienced Business Consultant and Management Systems Developer with over 10 years’ experience in senior management positions for blue-chip marketing and logistics companies. She specialises in high-risk operations and has significant knowledge of working with clients in the sectors: Maritime and Offshore Renewables (Vessel Management), Metal and Waste Management, Construction, Manufacturing, Transport, Security, Engineering, Commercial Hire and Retail, Offshore Oil and Gas (Asset Maintenance), and Medical Device Management. Where needed, Karen provides hands-on practical help with improvements to HR and Health and Safety Management processes.
Karen is certified as an IRCA Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
Karen works with clients in East Anglia, including: Bury St Edmonds, Colchester, Essex, Great Yarmouth, Ipswich, Lowestoft and Norwich.
