Sales Advisor
Robyn brings a strong background in software sales, client management and technical support to Ascentor. Prior to this, Robyn worked as a software client support advisor and before that, worked in IT as a first and second line support engineer. It was here that she discovered her passion for technical problem-solving and supporting customers. At Ascentor, Robyn works closely with Amy to manage and complete Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus sales, maintain client relationships, coordinate assessor bookings for certifications, and manages supplier qualification processes for the wider group, overseeing the accurate preparation and submission of all required documentation.
Robyn is particularly interested in the world of IT and Cyber Security and is keen to continue developing her career within this space.
Outside of work, she is always on the go, spending time with friends and family. She enjoys dancing at local festivals, trying new restaurants, and seeking out the latest experiences with her fiancé – whether that’s real-life Mario Karting, tackling a new escape room, or signing up for a bungee fitness class.
